Football Shirts Round-Up: Northampton, Chester and Yeovil

English League sides Northampton Town, Chester City and Yeovil Town are the subjects of this week's football shirt round-up.

Northampton Town FC have announced a renewed three year agreement with Northampton based estate agents Jackson Grundy to remain as the main club and shirt sponsor until at least June 2012.

The renewed deal, worth a minimum six figures to the club per year, will see the club continue to wear the Jackson Grundy logo on their playing kit and the club are delighted to have extended this partnership with the locally based estate agents.

"This is an improved deal for the club and we are delighted to secure Jackson Grundy as our club and shirt sponsors and partners for the next three years," said Chairman David Cardoza.

"They have been excellent partners of ours in the last two seasons, and for them to show an increased level of support and commitment given the current market conditions shows their commitment to supporting not only the club, but also the community of Northampton."

Elsewhere, Chester City have announced that their new kit supplier will be Vandanel.

Vandanel supply many football clubs in all leagues, and Chester have secured a contract for the next three seasons with the bespoke replica kit to be unveiled at a launch in the summer.

Steve Marsters, business development manager, said:

"The new partnership will be of a mutual benefit to both Chester City and Vandanel and we are delighted to be providing the kit to the first team, the reserves and the centre of excellence for the next three seasons.

"We are confident the new home shirt will be available for supporters to buy in July and we hope they will be pleased with the new lines of merchandise and training kit which will also be available to buy in the club shop." And in other news, Yeovil Town FC have revealed their new home shirt design for the 2009/2010 Season, which is similarly sponsored by Vandanel.

Three potential shirt designs were on offer for fans to vote for and a club spokesman said: "In total, 402 individual votes were cast and the club would like to thank every supporter who submitted their vote!”
