Premiership Round-Up
The Premier League season 2008/09 kicked off over the weekend. Reigning Champions Manchester United were held at home against Newcastle, with rivals Chelsea storming to a confident 4-0 win versus Portsmouth. Hull started their Premiership campaign with a win, as did the new Premiership manager Paul Ince who governed his side to a late 3-2 win. The team tipped to break into the top four, Tottenham started disappointingly with a loss to Middlesbrough. Stoke, Man City, West Brom and Sunderland will also all be looking to pick up their first points of the season next week.
